The Planning Commission held a meeting on February 20, 2020. This was supposed to be a chance for the Commission to hear from residents and critique the proposed plan. Hanover residents were given about 2-3 minutes apiece to speak about this project that has been happening behind a non-disclosure agreement for a year.
